Every exercise in the program is hyperlinked with a YouTube video where Mik demonstrates the exercise. Just click the name of the exercise to view them!

I purchased HIIT30 a while ago, but now I can’t find my copy.
I’m a beginner and unsure if I’ll be able to do the workouts in the program.
ALL fitness levels are welcome and can benefit from HIIT30. In this program, you’re encouraged to go at your own pace! While the program is organized to include five 30-minute workouts each week, you can schedule it however you like - 1 circuit 5 days per week, 2 circuits 3 times a week, or 3 circuits 5 days a week. Do what works for you and your body! Also, in this program you time your exercises instead of counting reps, so you can focus on doing the exercises at a pace that works for your ability level.
